The Lisbon Heritage Hotels announce that the Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel and the Hotel Lisboa Plaza have been recognized with the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2023. The hotels receive this award for their commitment to making every guest’s stay memorable through truly rewarding vacations.
Every year, British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s leading tour operators, takes pride in carefully reviewing the vacations of each of its customers. To do so, it uses reviews certified by Feefo, the world’s largest platform for reviews from verified buyers, to identify the highest-rated hotels as part of its commitment to providing high-quality stays.
British Airways Holidays gathered 72,283 independent reviews in 2023 and is awarding 730 Customer Excellence Awards worldwide to recognize its highest-rated hotels, as rated by its customers.
