As Janelas Verdes, Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel and Hotel Lisboa Plaza have been awarded the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2024.
Lisbon heritage Hotels are delighted to announce that 4 of their units have received a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2024. These hotels have been recognised for their outstanding services, facilities and customer experiences, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable stay and an unforgettable holiday experience.
Based on unbiased guest reviews, these were the scores attributed for each hotel unit, from a scale to 5:
- Heritage Avenida Liberdade received an overall score of 4.9;
- As Janelas Verdes received an overall score of 4.7;
- Hotel Lisboa Plaza received an overall score of 4.6.
Every year, British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s leading tour operators, prides itself on taking its customers’ holidays seriously. Reviews are certified by Feefo, he world’s largest verified buyers review platform. Customers of British Airways Holidays are asked to rate their hotel based on location, service, cleanliness and sleep quality, as well as provide an overall score out of five.
British Airways Holidays gathered 72,408 independent reviews in 2024 and is awarding 893 Customer Excellence Awards across the globe to recognise its top-rated hotels.
