The Lisbon Heritage Hotels are partner hotels of the “René Lalique and the Age of Glass. Art and Industry” that opens this Friday, the 30th at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

This Exhibition can be visited until February 1st and brings together about 100 works, not only from the Gulbenkian Collection but also with the exceptional collaboration of the Musée Lalique, Wingen-sur-Moder us and with objects from some of the most important private collections in the world . Jewels, jewelery, glass and design objects.
René Lalique became known for designing his jewelry using innovative materials at the expense of precious stones. Glass was one of his favorite materials, with which he worked until the end of his career.
It is another initiative that Lisbon Heritage Hotels supports in promoting culture in the city of Lisbon, making its contribution to the basic values of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, which are art, charity, science and education.
